🌅 Our Story
About GW99iOS —
Built for Malaysian Players
From the heritage streets of George Town to the skyline of Kuala Lumpur, gw99ios was built with one purpose: to give every Malaysian player a platform they can genuinely trust.
Where It All Began
GW99iOS was founded by a team of gaming industry veterans who had one frustration in common: the best online casino platforms overseas weren't built with Malaysian players in mind. Currencies were wrong, payment methods were foreign, support ran on the wrong time zone, and the experience felt distant.
So in 2017, we set out to fix that. Starting from a modest office with a lean team of developers, odds compilers, and customer experience specialists — most of them Malaysians who had grown up watching EPL on Sunday mornings and betting on Liga Super Malaysia weekends — gw99ios was born.
"We didn't build gw99ios for the industry. We built it for the Malaysian player sitting in Bangsar at 11pm, wanting to place a bet on the Champions League and withdraw in Ringgit by midnight."
Seven years later, gw99ios serves over 500,000 registered players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond. We've processed hundreds of millions of Ringgit in player payouts, maintained a 99.7% platform uptime, and built a support team that operates on Malaysian Standard Time — because that's where our players are.
Platform Founded
GW99iOS launched with a focused sports betting product targeting Malaysian football fans. Initial deposit methods: Maybank and CIMB direct transfer. First 1,000 players registered in the opening month.
Live Casino Goes Live
We integrated our first live dealer studio partners, bringing baccarat, roulette, and sic bo to Malaysian players with MYR tables and English-speaking hosts.
Platform Redesigned for Mobile
Recognising that 78% of our Malaysian users played on mobile, we rebuilt the entire front end for smartphone-first experience — no app download required.
Touch 'n Go & DuitNow Launch
We became one of the first platforms to offer Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow deposits and withdrawals — reducing average payout times from hours to under 5 minutes for e-wallet users.
Six-Tier Loyalty System
Our full VIP loyalty programme rolled out — Bronze through Royal Black Diamond — giving long-term Malaysian players structured recognition, cashback, and dedicated account management.
500,000 Players & Growing
GW99iOS continues expanding its game library, payment options, and responsible gambling tools — always with Malaysian players at the centre of every decision.
To be the most trusted and player-first online gaming platform in Malaysia — where every ringgit is safe, every payout is fast, and every player feels at home.
Everything we build, every feature we add, every partnership we sign — it's measured against one standard: does this make the experience better for the Malaysian player? If it doesn't, we don't ship it.
Why GW99iOS Stands Out
GW99iOS runs on 256-bit SSL encryption across every page, every transaction, and every account action. Two-factor authentication, real-time fraud monitoring, and strict KYC verification mean your account and your Ringgit are protected around the clock — no exceptions.
We built our payment infrastructure specifically around Malaysian e-wallets and banking. Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong complete in 5 to 15 minutes — day or night.
Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, UFC — our sportsbook covers the competitions Malaysian fans actually follow. In-play markets, Mix Parlay combinators, and live score feeds keep you close to every match from Kuala Lumpur to Old Trafford.
Every balance, every deposit, every payout is denominated in MYR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees, no surprise exchange rate deductions, and no foreign currency accounts to manage. What you win is precisely what lands in your wallet.
Our customer support team is staffed around the clock with peak coverage aligned to Malaysian Standard Time (UTC+8). Live chat first-response averages under 2 minutes. We support queries in English — straightforward, no-nonsense help when you need it.
GW99iOS integrates responsible gambling tools directly into the platform — deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — because we believe a sustainable, enjoyable experience is better for players and for the platform long-term. For players aged 21 and above only.
The Principles We Play By
Every promise we make to players, we keep — on payouts, on odds, on support response times.
Fast withdrawals, fast support responses, fast platform loads — we respect your time.
Player data and funds are protected with the same rigour as a financial institution.
Built by Malaysians for Malaysians — we understand this market because we live in it.
Transparent odds, clear bonus terms, and honest RTP figures — no smoke, no mirrors.
We take responsible gambling seriously — it's built into the product, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Our Commitment to
Malaysian Players
Being trusted by half a million Malaysians is not something we take lightly. It comes with obligations — and we embrace every one of them. Here is what we commit to every player on gw99ios, every single day.
These are not marketing promises. They are operational standards our team is measured against internally — because the moment we stop delivering on them is the moment we stop deserving your business.
We commit to processing all withdrawal requests within the published timeframes — under 5 minutes for e-wallets, 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX, up to 60 minutes for bank wire. No unexplained delays.
Every bonus on gw99ios comes with clearly written terms — rollover requirements, game contributions, expiry windows, and maximum cash-out limits — published before you claim, not buried in footnotes.
We complete KYC verification within 24 hours of document submission. Account queries are handled by named support agents, not automated responses, and escalation paths are clear and accessible.
Sportsbook margins are competitive and published. Slot RTP figures from our studio partners are available in the game information panel. We do not manipulate RTP on a per-player basis.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion are accessible from your account dashboard at all times — no waiting, no friction, no questions asked. For players aged 21 and above only.
