These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and GW99iOS ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the GW99iOS website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at gw99ios.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or game stake on GW99iOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the GW99iOS platform.

GW99iOS is an entertainment platform offering online casino games, live dealer experiences, sports betting, and related gaming services. The platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and is designed to serve players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other Malaysian cities and states.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on GW99iOS, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. GW99iOS strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by GW99iOS or any responsible gambling programme that would prohibit your participation.
• You must ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine your legal eligibility.
• You may only maintain one (1) active Account on GW99iOS. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering an Account on GW99iOS, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes after registration.

4.1 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address — is truthful and belongs to you. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. GW99iOS will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you.

4.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify GW99iOS customer support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.

4.4 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to operate one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — will be merged or closed, and any promotional balances associated with duplicate accounts will be void.

GW99iOS accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB (direct online banking)

5.1 Ownership of Payment Method. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the name of the Account holder. GW99iOS does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise specified during a promotional period. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method.

5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds. FPX and online banking transfers are credited within 1 to 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.

5.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity. GW99iOS maintains the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or where suspicious activity is identified.

GW99iOS is committed to processing withdrawal requests in a timely manner. All withdrawals are paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to a payment method registered to the Account holder.

6.1 Processing Timeframes. Indicative processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes

Processing times are indicative and may be subject to delay during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.2 KYC Requirement. Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed identity verification (KYC) will be held pending the completion of the verification process. GW99iOS will request the minimum documentation necessary to satisfy verification requirements.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds. Funds that include Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum cash-out limits applicable to the relevant promotion. Please refer to Section 7 of this Agreement and the specific promotion terms before claiming any bonus offer.

GW99iOS offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

7.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms (e.g., X10, X15, X20). Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the bonus validity period, failing which the Bonus Funds and any derived winnings will be forfeited.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet is RM 500, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in the Bonus Funds being voided.

7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Sports bets contribute at a rate specified in the promotion terms. GW99iOS reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable prior notice.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. GW99iOS employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play with other players to reduce risk, and arbitrage or hedging strategies applied to bonus-funded wagers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7.5 GW99iOS Right to Modify. GW99iOS reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. This right will not affect any promotion already claimed in good faith by a Player prior to such modification.

All bets placed through the GW99iOS sportsbook and casino games are subject to the following general rules. Sport- and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is confirmed and binding only when GW99iOS issues a confirmed bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, GW99iOS is not liable for any claimed bet. Technical errors during bet placement do not create an obligation on GW99iOS to honour the intended bet.

8.2 Odds and Pricing. GW99iOS reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors. If a bet is placed at an obviously erroneous price — including but not limited to odds that are significantly out of line with market prices at the time of placement — GW99iOS may void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.

8.3 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all sports and markets. Limits vary by sport and market and are published within the sportsbook section. GW99iOS reserves the right to cap winnings from any single event or combination at the published maximum payout figure.

8.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events. In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, GW99iOS will settle affected bets in accordance with the sport-specific settlement rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GW99iOS Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and appropriate legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical malfunctions, or pricing anomalies.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of unlawful activities through the Platform.
• Using the Platform to engage in any form of illegal gambling or wagering prohibited under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the Platform's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward GW99iOS staff or other users.

GW99iOS cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigations where prohibited conduct is suspected. Player information may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or court order.

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on the GW99iOS Platform — including the GW99iOS brand name and logo — are the exclusive property of GW99iOS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without written authorisation from GW99iOS.
• Use GW99iOS trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of GW99iOS intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GW99iOS and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Any loss resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond GW99iOS's reasonable control.
• Any consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit GW99iOS's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

GW99iOS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player's Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• The Account is subject to a self-exclusion request made by the Account holder.
• GW99iOS is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

12.1 Closure on Request. Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Funds upon Termination for Breach. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, GW99iOS reserves the right to withhold and void the balance of any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Confirmed real-money deposits not subject to a legitimate withholding reason will be returned to the Player.

GW99iOS is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps configurable from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (7, 30, or 90 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, initiated through customer support.

13.1 Age Restriction. GW99iOS is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We do not permit minors to register or play on the Platform and actively enforce this restriction through our KYC procedures.

GW99iOS reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, GW99iOS will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms and Conditions on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the GW99iOS Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. GW99iOS recommends checking this page before each session if you are a regular user of the Platform.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GW99iOS is licensed and operated.

15.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and GW99iOS, the Player should contact GW99iOS customer support in the first instance. GW99iOS aims to resolve all Account and transaction disputes within 5 business days of receiving written notice of the complaint.

15.2 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with GW99iOS customer support, the Player may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's licensing authority.

15.3 Language. The English language version of this Agreement is the governing version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translations (if any), the English version shall prevail.
